1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can place your order online and pay in cash when your package arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment required.
2. How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically receive orders in 2–3 days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. What is the minimum order for free delivery?
We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000. Orders below Rs. 2,000 have a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we have a 7-day easy return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier partner's website.
6. Are your products original and authentic?
Yes, all products sold on The Nexa Shop are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.
7. Can I cancel my order?
After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp. To cancel, simply reply to that WhatsApp message with "Cancel". That's it — no calls, no forms. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return it after delivery under our 7-day return policy.
8. What if I am not available at delivery time?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. You can contact us to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time.
9. Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and all other cities and towns across Pakistan.
10. How can I contact you for support?
